Something is up with the company, my orders are just sitting there or something and I’m not getting money back from the company who doesn’t respond to calls or emails at the moment, ordered in june.

Pre-ordered a Fallout figure over a…
Pre-ordered a Fallout figure over a year ago, no delivery updates for months, messenger sales support said delays on manufacturing because of covid and the war in Ukraine (how this even comes into it?) This was of course all a lie, as the company has now shut down completely and no longer exists.

sadly eagle-mess is no more reading a few post if oyu paid by card contact your band i am calming back £120 for the never arriving mega cyberman, i stopped doing pre orders as was fed up them taking money, i also have 5 pay-pal claims in luckily all withing the time limit, i dont know if pay-pal will honer any claims best to call them and ask, the company was always a shambles with the dr who range but they could have at least put out somthing on the web site, to let buyers know, instead we wound out from other buyers on Facebook

Not impressed at all
Not impressed at all, apparently had stock up to certain issues for the Titanic build, kept taking money until all the stock was gone. Had message saying they're having stock issues, then hit with the news of administration. No message explaining the issue and what we may expect to see. Poor show from Eaglemoss. What on earth do I do with a build that is not complete? Annoying as you have failed on your commitment to supply a full build kit.

Avoid complete Ponzi scheme
Well after a week of speculation that Eaglemoss Chinese supplier has stopped completely manufacturing of all Eaglemoss model kits this is post pandemic so no excuse their and prewar they are in dispute along with most of chinese suppliers with UK and USA for unfair sanctions etc, but it is also said that Chinese supplier is owed a lot of money from Eaglemoss and they can't afford to pay it back, so it has become a Model Subscription Ponzi scheme they have been prioritising New Subscribers for the last 9 months ensuring that all magazine issues and free gifts get delivered to each and every new subscriber for first five or 6 months it's only then they backorder them as they have with all the long term waiting customers majority of use have had three large payments so for me that upgraded to weekly deliveries instead of actually sending anything they just took £80 every week and no magazine issues sent, this has gone on since the new year and all you get from Zoe at Eaglemoss Facebook is a scripted answer stating it will come in 28 days which never actually materialises it's just a ploy to keep you on as a customer like all ponzi schemes they work providing there is fresh meat to take money from to pass to the old subscribers that have been waiting trying to keep them happy but money has stopped flowing so they can't afford to produce the kits.

Messenger has gone dark, shop.eaglemoss.com has totally been shut down and main subscriotion website states there is a technical fault preventing new subscribers signing up.

This has all happened because they physically can't get there oarts produced and although Eaglemoss own the license for producing the model kit it's the chinese company that owns the design and production moulds for all the kits and they won't give that information up ever. So only choice Eaglemoss would have is to reverse engineer each and every kit which would take months and months.

We have been waiting for over 9 months for our free gifts that never arrived even when zoe promised them and i'm missing around 30 issues to complete the Eaglemoss Deloreon and Ecto 1 the last two issues and Display case which will never arrive so it's now time for me to ask the bank to chargeback every payment made to Eaglemoss because the models can never be completed the ecto 1 everyone worldwide is stuck in the same situation last two issues missing and that's not just a few parts each issue is 4 large packs of model parts so in total 8 bags of model parts to finish ecto 1 will never come for everyone making the Ecto 1 model useless and the magazine issues if kept worthless.

Terrible company that went on and on with there excuses knowing that if they said the truth they would fold overnight everyone would demand a refund and pull their subscriptions so Eaglemoss kept it g so img as long as possible with their scripted excuses.

Very said state of affairs and terrible behaviour from what was a great model kit just terrible company who blaine's their lack of magazines shipments to Warebouse moving to newer company there is only so many times you can make this excuse and they have done it too many times.

One of the Eaglemoss staff accidentally let slip something was going on because in the messenger comment she said "We are running down our delorean stocks" now this was different to the usual scripted answers they give and Zoe jumped oass answering what they meant by that but now it seems she let slip we are running out our stocks that we have.

Avoid at all costs although saying that everything is down anyway

I have 6 Build-Up subscriptions…
I have 6 Build-Up subscriptions on-going, with +2-3k $$ invested in them and they are all not currently shiping. One hasn't had kits ship in over 10 months, another in 8 months, and another in 4 months. The rest I have had sprinkling of kits here and there; maybe going a couple months at a time. Now the credit card I use for these had to get re-issued due to an unrelated fraud charge, and now I can't get it updated because Eaglemoss's Support (phone and live chat) says they are closed/not-open during their posted business hours... WHAT ? So now even the subscriptions that are shipping irregularly are halted because I can't even get the payment info updated. In my own biased opinion, the UK parent company needs to step in and sort this out with some executive actions. Eaglemoss make AMAZING products, for which I have MANY and comprise the bulk of my scale-model collectibles. Why do they not have a customer-portal subscription management system??? It looks like they have an portal for UK/Euro customers, but even it doesn't have yet all their subscriptions populated; not for any US customers. I guess I just have to keep trying and pray.

We all got screwed
You sign up for a subscrition for parts to build a product. Parts go out every week or moth at you tequest but then the parts stop. No word from them. 404 error on their website. Phone unanswered. Chat is down. And a paid money for a worthless partial ship that will likely never be completed.

Stay away.

Missing confirmation emails
Mixed experience so far. Made a few orders, most of them didn't send me a confirmation email but some have been dispatched. Little worried because not everything has been dispatched AND I've got m no communication from them yet

Avoid them at all cost
Their products are nice and with great details.
Unfortunately they never deliver or they bother to answer your emails.
I’ve purchased an item from them, 3 weeks later, they haven’t shipped it and they would not reply my emails. Luckily I made my purchase through PayPal and I was able to get the money back.
Do not get tempted like I did by their sales. They take your money and go missing in action.

Avoid at all cost. Build the eleanor mustang and still waiting for issue 15. No delivery since May. Latest excuse delay buy don't know what the delay is. Pathetic excuses every time. They must do a course in excuses and lies to customers. Nil customer service and emails ignored. Do yourselves a favour and avoid eagletoss I mean eaglemoss. Update. Below is the standard answer from eaglemoss and when you do email them you get ignored and get given FEEBLE excuses. Update. After contacting customer service for them to "investogate" was given the usual fob off and excuse saying there is a delay at the warehouse processing orders. How many more excuses and lies can they use. They must be running out of excuses.

Waiting
Waiting, like many others, for the final two issues of Ecto-1. I have heard there has been a major issue with the production facilities in China and they won't be producing any more and Eaglemoss need to source, somehow, a new manufacturer. This will take months, if years. I have an incomplete model with no hope of finishing and spent over £1000

Don’t bother ordering go elsewhere! Paid for next day deliver and had a confirmation email. Emailed the day after the parcel was supposed to arrive and got no reply. Rang up when the parcel was 3 days late to be told it wasn’t in stock. No email to apologise or to tell me it was out of stock so would have still been waiting for the parcel if I had not of rang up!

Out of Stock Excuses
Wrote a review about "Out of stock" items. Three orders, two items, 13 total "out of stock" items. I have stated that I think they over-sell items. Their response was "Our shop does not allow sales of items beyond the quantity currently listed in inventory. Unfortunately, some issues with the remaining stock may cause problems with fulfillment". Some issues? What issues? Selling more than they have is the issue. Yet they expect you to believe that what they say is the truth. Other reviewers have stated the same issue.
